- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of any products, programmes, coaching, events, retreats, masterminds, or digital content provided by Katie Godfrey Coaching / KG Business Mentor (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By using this website or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Company provides services including but not limited to:
- Business coaching and mentoring
- Online training programmes
- Digital courses
- Mastermind programmes
- Live events and retreats

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
- Payments
All payments must be made in full or in accordance with the agreed payment plan.
Where payment plans are offered:
- payments must be made on time
- failure to complete payments may result in removal from the programme
- outstanding balances remain payable even if participation stops
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access to programmes or content.
- Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, online training, coaching, masterminds, and educational services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Once access to digital content, training materials, coaching sessions, or events has been provided, refunds will not be issued.
If a participant chooses not to continue with a programme or mastermind, the remaining balance of any payment plan remains payable.
- Digital Products & Course Access
When purchasing digital products or online courses, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content.
You may not:
- share login details
- reproduce or distribute materials
- resell content
- upload content to third-party platforms
- provide the material to non-paying users
Any breach may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
- Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, documents, videos, presentations, training content, and resources provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company.
Participants may use materials for personal business development only.
No materials may be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.
- Mastermind & Coaching Conduct
Participants in masterminds, coaching programmes, or community groups agree to:
- behave respectfully toward other members
- maintain confidentiality of shared information
- not solicit or poach clients from other members
- not promote unrelated services without permission
The Company reserves the right to remove participants who breach these expectations.
- Confidentiality
Participants may share personal or business information during programmes or retreats.
All participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of other members.
The Company cannot guarantee confidentiality of other participants and encourages discretion when sharing sensitive information.
- Results Disclaimer
The Company provides educational and coaching services designed to support business growth.
However, we do not guarantee specific financial results or business outcomes.
Individual results depend on many factors including effort, experience, and market conditions.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or products.
Participants are responsible for the decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching, mentoring, or training provided.
