After leaving school at 13 due to bullying, she opened her first salon at 19 with no clients and quickly found herself over £50,000 in debt. Over the next 17 years, she went on to build and scale award-winning salons and academies, eventually growing the business into a million-pound franchise brand.

Alongside her service-based businesses, Katie has built and launched a professional product range, created scalable education programmes, and developed the Salon Success Manager App, a tool designed to help business owners manage their finances and price correctly.
