Hi, I’m Katie. Business strategist, podcaster & best selling Author. Also founder of a salon chain, educator & product developer.

If you know my story, you’ll be aware that the first couple of years for me were hard! And that’s probably an understatement. My journey wasn’t an overnight success. I studied every business book, listened to every podcast, took every course I could to learn business. In time, the salon transformed into a multi-award-winning brand, and before long I started to ask myself a very simple, yet very important question…

Today, as the CEO of the KG brand and through parts of my business like our eyelash training academy, a globally sold lash and brows product range, my podcast, and also becoming a best-selling author, I’ve feel it’s my duty and made it my mission to share my experience with all types of beauty businesses.

I started with next to nothing, faced down my share of adversity, and built something I’m proud of. Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned, helping you build your dream without falling into the same, common traps I did.

Will I have the time?

I understand the demands of running a business, which is why this Mastermind is made to work around your busy schedule. I always say as long as you have 2 hours a month at least, you will be able to keep up. Swap that Netflix series for a training session.

Yes! Mastermind includes an online portal, and a WhatsApp group that allow you to engage from wherever you are. For in-person events, you’ll have the option to travel, but it’s not a requirement for success in the mastermind.
